These terms and conditions apply to AgeLess Clinic Service Gift Cards (Service Gift Cards) issued by AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd. AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd is a private limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of the Service Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Service Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accepting these terms and conditions.

Redemption: Service Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for services at any AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd outlets and cannot be used for the purchase of products.

1. AgeLess Clinic Pvt. Ltd. will provide Service Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Service Gift Cards that they purchase or use.

2. No additional fees or charges apply to Service Gift Cards.

3. The Service Gift Card is transferable and can be used by anyone who presents it.

4. The maximum allowable limit for the Service Gift Card is INR 1,75,000.

5. Service Gift Cards, including any unused Service Gift Card balances, expire 2 years (730 days) from the date of issuance.

6. Service Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

7. The amount in your Service Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point in time.

8. Service Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Service Gift Cards.

9. Unused Service Gift Card balances will not be transferred to another user's account.

10. No interest will be payable by AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.

Fraud: AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd is not responsible if a Service Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. In such instances, customers are required to promptly contact the helpline number provided on the back of the card.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, AgeLess Clinic Pvt. Ltd. each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. You agree to indemnify AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: AGELESS CLINIC PVT LTD DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Password Security: Service Gift Cards do not require a password for use; card holders are advised to handle them with care to prevent misuse.

Cancellation of Gift Cards: AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a Service Gift Card and request alternative forms of payment if a gift card is deemed to have been obtained, used, or applied to an AgeLess Clinic account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. Specific conditions under which a gift card may be cancelled include, but are not limited to, the following:

Fraud or Unauthorized Use: If a gift card is suspected of being used for fraudulent transactions or involved in any activity that breaches legal standards, or the terms set forth by AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd.

Misuse of Card: This includes using the gift card in a manner that is not consistent with the terms and conditions stated herein, such as attempting to redeem it for cash, use for unauthorized services, or other actions that might be considered misuse.

Issuance Error: If the gift card was issued in error (e.g., in the wrong denomination or duplicated issuance), AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd may cancel the erroneous card and issue a new one with correct values and details.

Legal Compliance: If required by law or regulation, or if the continuation of the card is deemed unlawful or subject to legal action.

Process for Cancellation:

Notification: Upon deciding to cancel a gift card, AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd will attempt to notify the cardholder at the contact information provided at the time of purchase, explaining the reason for cancellation and outlining any further actions required by the cardholder.

Evidence Review: In cases where fraud or misuse is suspected, the cardholder may be requested to provide evidence to dispute the claims of unauthorized use within a specified timeframe.

Refund or Replacement: Unless the cancellation is due to unlawful activity or fraud, the remaining balance, if any, may be transferred to a new gift card or refunded at the discretion of AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd, depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

Dispute Resolution: Should the cardholder disagree with the cancellation decision, they may contact AgeLess Clinic’s customer service to initiate a formal dispute.

General Terms: AgeLess Clinic Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change these Service Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
